If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization or entity to these Terms, and references to "you" in these Terms will refer to that organization or entity.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the application and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirements

While Koscord does not impose strict age restrictions, we strongly recommend that users under the age of 13 obtain parental consent before using the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service and that they have read and agreed to these Terms.

Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring and supervising their children's use of the Service. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

2.2 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete

You may use Google Sign-In or email registration to create your account. Regardless of the method you choose, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

2.3 Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
• Posting prohibited content
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the Service

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at koscord.app@outlook.com. Upon account deletion, your profile and content will be removed from the Service, subject to our data retention policies outlined in our Privacy Policy.

3. User Content and Intellectual Property

3.1 Your Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you post, upload, or share on Koscord, including but not limited to photos, videos, text, comments, and other materials (collectively, "User Content"). We do not claim any ownership rights to your User Content.

3.2 License Grant to Koscord

By posting User Content on the Service, you grant Koscord a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Service and Koscord's business operations, including but not limited to:

• Hosting, storing, and displaying your content on the platform
• Distributing your content to other users based on your privacy settings
• Promoting the Service through marketing and advertising materials (with your content used as examples, if applicable)
• Creating backup copies for disaster recovery purposes
• Reformatting or adapting your content to technical requirements of different devices or platforms

This license exists solely for the purpose of operating, developing, providing, and improving the Service. The license you grant to us is limited to the operation of the platform and does not permit us to sell or distribute your content outside the scope of providing the Service.

3.3 Content Deletion

You may delete your User Content at any time through the application's interface. Upon deletion, we will remove the content from our active servers. However:

• Backup copies may persist in our systems for a reasonable period for disaster recovery purposes
• If your content has been shared with other users or has been saved or downloaded by others, those copies may remain accessible
• We may retain content if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing our policies)
• Cached or archived versions may temporarily remain on third-party platforms or services

3.4 Representations and Warranties

By posting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to post the content and grant the license described above
• Your content does not infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or privacy rights
• Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• You have obtained all necessary consents, releases, and permissions from any individuals depicted in your content
• Your content does not contain any viruses, malware, or other harmful code

3.5 Koscord's Intellectual Property

The Service, including but not limited to its design, software, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other content created by Koscord (excluding User Content), is owned by Koscord and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission.

4. Prohibited Conduct and Content

To maintain a safe, respectful, and legal environment for all users, you agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:

4.1 Illegal Activities

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Promoting or facilitating illegal activities, including drug use, violence, or terrorism
• Engaging in any activity that could harm minors in any way
• Violating any applicable laws regarding export controls or data protection

4.2 Harmful or Offensive Content

• Posting content that is hateful, discriminatory, racist, sexist, or promotes violence against individuals or groups
• Sharing sexually explicit or pornographic content
• Posting content that depicts or glorifies self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
• Harassing, bullying, threatening, or intimidating other users
• Sharing content that is defamatory, libelous, or invasive of another's privacy

4.3 Intellectual Property Violations

• Posting content that infringes on the copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights of others
• Sharing pirated or unauthorized copies of copyrighted material
• Using another person's identity, images, or content without their permission

4.4 Spam and Manipulation

• Sending unsolicited advertisements, promotional materials, spam, or junk mail
• Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to create accounts or post content
• Artificially inflating engagement metrics or manipulating the platform's features
• Engaging in any form of data mining, scraping, or harvesting of user information

4.5 Security and System Integrity

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our computer systems
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Uploading viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any security features or access controls
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Service

4.6 Impersonation and Deception

• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity
• Creating fake or misleading accounts
• Posting false, misleading, or deceptive content

5. Content Moderation and Reporting

5.1 Our Right to Remove Content

While we do not actively monitor all User Content, we reserve the right to review, moderate, or remove any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, our community guidelines, or applicable laws. We also reserve the right to remove content that we find objectionable for any other reason.

Content removal may occur without prior notice. We are not liable for any removal of content or the consequences of such removal.

5.2 User Reporting

We encourage users to report content or behavior that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. If you encounter inappropriate content or conduct, please report it through the application's reporting features or contact us at koscord.app@outlook.com.

We will review reports in a timely manner and take appropriate action, which may include removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, or reporting illegal activity to law enforcement.

5.3 No Obligation to Monitor

We are not obligated to monitor User Content or user activity on the Service. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, quality, or safety of any User Content. You use the Service and interact with other users at your own risk.

8.1 Potential Monetization

While Koscord is currently free to use, we may introduce subscription-based services, premium features, or other monetization methods in the future. If we do so:

In no event shall Koscord's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to Koscord in the last twelve (12) months, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

• You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users
• We do not screen users or their content in advance

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts located in Jharkhand, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights and obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms or our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without your consent, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the Service without notice or liability.

Upon termination of your account or these Terms, any provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.

By using Koscord, you acknowledge that:

• You agree to be bound by these Terms
• You understand that these Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Koscord
• You are capable of entering into this agreement and are not prohibited from doing so by any applicable laws

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service and delete the application from your device.
